now coaches can go to the Sport Resource Centre.
Located in the new Sport for Life Centre, coaches
will be able to do research, gain access to resources,
find out about coaching opportunities, and do
online learning in one central location.

enjoys. The Coach of the Month for March coaches
provincial team handball and hopes to grow the
game in Manitoba.

for mayor in Swan River, but with deep roots in
the community chances are Duane Whyte would be
a popular vote. Whyte is retiring from coaching
after nearly 40 years with the local high school
senior boys’ basketball team.

descended on the downtown area around the Sport
for Life Centre armed with rakes, garbage bags,
and good intentions.
