We Believe in Winnipeg
It’s
so easy to complain about our weather, potholes and
mosquitoes but a lot of great things happen in Winnipeg.
What if we talked about the positive things happening
in our city? On Friday, May 28, President and
CEO of Sport Manitoba, Jeff Hnatiuk, will be the keynote
speaker at The Winnipeg Chamber of Commerce We Believe
Breakfast Series. Hnatiuk will talk about the Sport
for Life Centre, what makes it unique and why it’s
so great for our province.

Doors Open Winnipeg
The
Sport for Life Centre will join the 7th annual Doors
Open Winnipeg event on Saturday May 29. We
are opening our doors to Winnipeg by providing guided
tours of our newly renovated historic building. Constructed
in 1913 with the latest technology in concrete reinforcement,
our five-storey structure was among the first of its
kind in Winnipeg. Tours start at 10am and run every
half hour.
