Manitoba Sports Hall of Fame 2009 Inductees

This year’s recipients include NHL players, a CFL legend, Olympians, national champions, provincial champions and sport builders, all integral in shaping Manitoba’s sport community.

KidSport

This past Christmas KidSport put out the call to Manitobans for help. We have lots of kids that want to play sport but can’t afford the registration fees. While KidSport still doesn’t have enough to cover the demand, fundraisers held this summer will have an impact.

There is nothing better than an evening at the park cheering or playing your favourite sport. But please do it safely! West Nile Virus is an emerging disease with information continuing to evolve.
